The construction of the new sports complex, installed on the grounds adjacent to the already existing municipal pavilion, has the ideal conditions for an involvement in the growing sport of the local population. This new space includes a main field with synthetic lawn, benches, changing rooms, various support spaces and administrative services to the operation of the equipment and a secondary lawn prepared for training and football games. The new complex, the result of an investment by the municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia, was completed within 180 days.
