This enterprise located in the center of Quinta do Anjo in Palmela, in old factory premises, began with the demolition of existing buildings and access works for the construction of the new commercial establishment, a building with a ground volume of 850 m2 of area, where it highlights a glazed plan protected by an exterior covered area that congregates the entrance area and storage area of shopping trolleys. Outside, the electrical and telecommunications networks were reordered with the removal of PT’s aerial lines and posts. Landscaping, bituminous paving, horizontal and vertical signaling for 31 parking spaces were also carried out, in which 3 are intended for disabled people.
